Privacy notice

This notice explains how information submitted through this website’s callback form is handled by Consumer Care Debt Counsellor (CCDC).

What you share

The form asks for your name, phone number, an optional email address, your enquiry topic and permission to contact you. Please do not submit identity numbers, account details or financial documents through this form.

Debt review application form

The separate application form (apply.php) also asks for your answers to nine short questions about your situation, your first names and surname, cell and optional landline number, email address, town, province, best time to call and optional notes. It is sent to CCDC the same way as the callback form, and the same choices below apply. Please do not submit identity numbers, account details or financial documents.

Why we ask

These details are used to respond to your enquiry. A callback request is not a debt review application; submitting the application form asks a counsellor to contact you but does not by itself enrol you in debt review. If you choose to apply for a service, further information and the applicable terms will be explained separately.

How the website handles your information

When mail delivery is enabled, the form sends your enquiry to CCDC’s email inbox through the hosting provider’s mail service. The website does not maintain a database of enquiries. Your submitted information may remain in CCDC’s email system and the mail provider’s delivery logs.

Cookies and website operation

This website uses a temporary session cookie to protect the contact form and manage submission messages. No advertising cookies or analytics scripts are included. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs for operating and protecting the website.

Your choices

You can choose to call or email instead of using the form. To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact about an enquiry, contact info@ccdc.co.za or call 018 462 4263. Retention or deletion may be subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
